Jose Manuel Rubio Hernán

I received the M.Sc. degree in electrical and computer engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, Spain, and the Ph.D. degree from Paris VI, Sorbonne Universities, France.

Currently, I am an associate professor in the Physics and Electronics department of Télécom SudParis, Institut Polytechnique de Paris, France.

Current Research Interests

Working On Now

My research focuses on Reconfigurable Intelligent Surfaces (RIS), Integrated Sensing and Communications (ISAC), and cognitive radio networks, addressing antenna design, electromagnetic propagation, spectrum sensing and management, and intelligent resource optimization for future 6G wireless systems.
